The feast of St. Nicholas is always a special day for our family. It's Nicholas patron saint and it's such a wonderful story.
The night before we got ready to make some yummy cookies and deliver (in secret, of course) to our neighbors. It's become a lovely tradition and the boys enjoy planning the cookies and their delivery method (:
We made Almond Meal/Coconut/Chocolate Chip cookies this year. It was a new recipe (as most of our desserts are now that we are gluten free). They were so yummy it was hard to not eat them all!
The boys love running through the forest and ringing the doorbell of the neighbors. They feel like little secret agents.
